Planning or friendship: pick your story
The organising group tells the planning story: suggestions, changed arrangements and decisions taking the scenic route. Choose it if you want to make the team smile about that collective adventure. Your regular friends’ chat offers the connection that came before the event. Decide by the memory you want to revisit, rather than simply choosing the newest group with the party’s name.
Check who actually speaks in your chosen conversation. If the person being celebrated is absent from the secret planning group, use the friends’ chat to include their own messages in the report’s material. The organising thread can instead become a chronicle of the team. Select the relevant participants during creation; the cast should follow the text you provide.
Prepare the surprise, including the file
Follow our WhatsApp export guide and choose Without media. Upload a .txt file or a .zip containing its text, with at least 300 parseable messages. Pictures and voice notes are not analysed. Create the report before the party, read the free preview and unlock the full report. This gives you a chance to read the result and decide how you want to present it.
A toast, some portraits, then back to the party
Choose a moment when the group can listen: after arriving, during a toast or around a meal. Read selected portraits and let friends comment. Then share the collective card in the event’s WhatsApp group. Individual cards can follow the conversation, and the PDF gives everyone a keepsake after the weekend. This is a suggested reveal, to fit around your own programme.
The illustrated magazine brings together nicknames, commentary and statistics based on the imported exchanges. Your conversation supplies the subject; the report is not a prewritten party quiz. Browse the sample to see the pages, then choose the chat that feels like your group. Michel writes the chronicle. The toast, the timing and the friends interrupting it remain very much yours.
